These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Kothari Chains. By engaging with our company, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Products and Services
Kothari Chains offers jewellery manufacturing, custom designs, and repair services. The scope of work, including design and repair, will be discussed directly with the client, and all products are provided with 22kt BIS hallmarking.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices for custom orders and repairs will be discussed based on the complexity and amount of work involved. Pricing is subject to change depending on market conditions and the nature of the job.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via RTGS, NEFT, and IMPS only. No UPI payments are accepted.
- Payment Terms: Payment must be completed as per the agreed schedule during the order discussion. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.
3. Delivery
- Delivery Terms: Delivery arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and Kothari Chains at the time of order. Delivery timelines are flexible based on mutual convenience.
- Shipping Costs: Any additional delivery or shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated during the order discussion.
4. No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds
- Custom Orders: All orders are custom-made based on client specifications, and therefore, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.
- Service Guarantee: In the event of an issue, we may offer service adjustments or repairs at our discretion, provided it is discussed and agreed upon.
5. Intellectual Property
- Trademark: The company logo of Kothari Chains is a registered trademark. Any unauthorized use of the logo is strictly prohibited.
- Design Protection: While there are no formal protections for our jewellery designs on paper, any sharing of photos, designs, or ideas with external parties is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of these terms.
6. Prohibited Conduct
By engaging with Kothari Chains, you agree to the following:
- No Sharing of Designs: You may not share or distribute any jewellery designs, photos, or ideas created by Kothari Chains to third parties without express permission.
- Intellectual Property Misuse: Any unauthorized use of our designs or intellectual property will result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kothari Chains will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including delays, errors in order processing, or communication issues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product in question.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our products or services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
9. Modifications to Terms
Kothari Chains reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect from the date of publication. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for updates.
