Our journey began in the 1940s when Sardarmal Kasturchand Saraf opened a small jewelry shop in Lalbaug, Mumbai. The Kothari family quickly built a reputation for quality and craftsmanship, becoming a trusted name in the community and laying the foundation for our long-standing legacy in the jewelry industry.

In 2004, Bharat Kothari founded Kothari Gold, entering the gold trading market. By 2016, he expanded the business into gold bar trading, further strengthening the family's position in the precious metals industry and solidifying their reputation as trusted leaders in the gold trade.

In 2014, Rajesh Kothari elevated the family business by establishing a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad. Initially producing various jewelry, it soon specialized in premium chains and men's bracelets. Today, Ronak Kothari helps lead the business, which now employs over 25 skilled professionals.
